Suing over unfair voter laws

In 2018, 6 out of 7 districts in California that Republicans were winning, quickly went to the Democrats, after votes from voter harvesting measures, came in and were counted. The above was a statistical impossibility under fair voter rules. Even without voter harvesting, mail-in votes can be intercepted and tampered with, between a person’s mailbox, and where the votes are counted. I believe Republicans must sue states where applicable and insist, that voter laws allow only for voting systems that assure voters, that the systems have reasonable safeguards against fraud and abuse.

Democrats have been showing lately, an effort to win upcoming elections of all sorts, through mass fraud. They are doing this by weakening the integrity of our voting processes (for example, in-person voting without IDs; mail-in ballots in conjunction with voter harvesting). Nancy Pelosi for example, is pushing for in the next stimulus bill, meant to provide economic relief for American businesses and individuals impacted by the Coronavirus pandemic, a nationalized system of mail-in voting and voter harvesting. Hillary Clinton is pushing for the same thing. Also, Gavin Newsom, the governor of California just passed an executive order, allowing everyone who can vote, to be able to do so via mail-in ballot.

Voter harvesting is the practice in which political activists can collect mail-in ballots for individuals, and turn them in on their behalf. This opens up the possibility for activists to replace ballots they receive from voters, with fake alternatives that vote for their party. Fake ballots can be made up for people who are on the voter rolls, who no longer live in the state, or are dead, or are too sick to vote. Activists can push voters to vote for their party, leading to actions that discriminate against Republicans and others, because Republican (and some other) activists and voters, tend to be ethically turned off by the practice.

I believe Republicans should generally sue voting procedures and laws across all states, that do not have reasonable authentication measures – on the grounds that they are discriminatory against voters, denying them the reasonable expectation that their votes have equal weight against all other votes. I believe on the above grounds, voter harvesting laws, laws allowing illegal aliens to receive driver’s licenses they could use to vote, as well as practices that include the non-stringent management of voter rolls, could be rendered illegitimate by the courts.
