The very same people who are pushing affirmative action in its current iteration (diversity and inclusion) are doing all they can to break up minority families, and deny minority families quality education in the form of school choice. So instead of making it easier for minorities to compete for the best jobs through a system of meritocracy (the fairest system that exists) the Left keep minorities down, while pointing to the fact that minorities are kept down, as evidence that America is a racist country. It is quite a scam. What the Left has done, allows it to badmouth American meritocracy, and dismantle it in the name of social justice. It also allows the Left to stage a diverse population throughout the country, use critical race theory to foster deep resentment among the groups, and then manipulate the groups against one another at will.
