I believe in response to the Biden administration moving to essentially open the southern border to illegal immigration, human and drug trafficking, and other illegal activity – exposing Americans to crime, terrorist actors, infectious diseases, etc.; Red border states like Texas and Arizona, should declare states of emergency, and shut down access across their borders to illegal activities. If the federal government does not want to perform the function of national security, the states should secure the safety and welfare of their own citizens themselves. If it is possible, these states should act together, and use funds ordinarily geared to take care of illegal aliens, to create border defenses.

Make no mistake: the Biden administration open borders policy is about the Democrats gaining a great infusion of new foreign voters, at the expense of the safety of Americans, and their ability to determine the course of their own government, without the intervention of millions of outside actors. Everything the Biden administration has done so far, has been to secure and cement their political power, in order to make America a one party state - in their favor. This is not what Americans want, and as a result, we should resist their efforts, and secure our interests by any means that are available to us.
