Parler making its case

Parler’s suit against Amazon, its web host, was essentially thrown out of court for lack of evidence. Parler is regarded as being a social media sanctuary site for conservatives. I believe Parler should do the following, and resubmit its lawsuit.

Regarding Parler's accusation that Amazon treated it far more harshly than Twitter, I believe Parler should hire a data scientist to cite instances in which Twitter also failed to censor violent content, and that Twitter's number of violations far exceeds Parler’s.

I believe Parler should also request that the data scientist it hires, make the case with statistical and other evidence, that Amazon and its CEO: have a history and pattern of bias against conservatives; have repeatedly targeted conservatives; and have purged many conservatives from its platform – something it does not do to other political groups, at similar levels . Parler should have its data scientist make the same case, about all the other tech giants it alleges acted in concert. Parler should finally show, that the probability is very low, that it is all a coincidence, that tech giants which show a history of acting discriminately against conservatives, just happened to shut down and de-platform Parler at about the same time (consistent with them engaging in the coordinated cancelling of conservatives [including President Trump]).

Finally, senator Josh Hawley presented evidence at a hearing with big tech CEOs, that showed big tech do in fact work together to censor. I believe Parler should try and get a hold of that evidence, and present it in court.
