Courts erring on the side of voter fraud

If courts make it difficult to call a new election (e.g. statewide) with evidence of substantial voter fraud, they effectively err on the side of fraud, rather than on the side of integrity - making it difficult for America to have universal integrity in its voting systems. (This is why there is so much apparent corruption in Democrat run voting operations.)

The courts current stance, have put us on the path in which many are questioning whether America is a true democracy, or a little more decent version of countries like Venezuela.

It would be better if the courts made it a relatively easy affair to call a new election on significant evidence of voter fraud - because that would put the pressure on districts to ensure their systems are fair. Again voting integrity is fundamental to a democracy. As best they can, courts should err on the side of integrity.
